Lilli Southerland is West Side High School's Jr. High Soaring Eagle for January. Teachers say that Lilli is a sweet girl and always has a smile on her face! Way to go, Lilli! Our local Subway has donated a coupon for a free 6 in. sub and cookie for our Soaring Eagle, Lilli!

Mrs. Teresa's Elementary Quiz Bowl kids had fun at CBC today at the practice tournament. They won 2 of their 4 games!
The junior boys and seventh grade games for tomorrow (1/9) at Marshall have been canceled due to possible inclement weather.

Basketball games tonight at Norfolk-- The Junior Boys and both Senior High Teams will play.
The Junior Girls will NOT be going.
