The annual flu shot clinic for West Side School will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025. This is a great opportunity to have your child vaccinated against the flu without having to take them to an office or clinic. Forms are going home with students this week. All completed forms are due by Monday, Oct. 6. There is no cost to get the vaccine.

The Lady Eagles golf team beat Rose Bud in a 9-hole match Thursday at Mountain Ranch Golf Course with Lainee Gentry taking medalist honors as the day’s top golfer, shooting a. 41. Her teammates were Macy Gentry and Kately Cornett, 46, and Lilli Southerland, 49.

The Eagle golf team won a 3-team match at Mountain Ranch Golf Course Thursday with Mason Hart finishing as medalist with the day’s low score, 44. His teammates were Lindsey Laiden and Jessy Nail, 46, and Keegan Towell, 52. Rose Bud finished 2nd, Guy-Perkins, 3rd.

After a long hard day with students, our teachers came to our first faculty meeting with smiling faces. We participated in a team activity and then discussed upcoming need to know information. #unlockinggreatness
Mr. Caleb Long's 5th and 6th grade literally painted their "Painted Essay Template." This experience will help the students to know the parts of the model along with where their information will go when creating their narrative essays. This will be an activity they will remember
