Hey folks. A few items of info for you: School will dismiss @ 1:30 pm on Thursday, December 21st for the Christmas Break. Students will return to school on Monday, January 8.
Elementary Class Parties will be on Wednesday, December 20.
In order to avoid transportation confusion tomorrow , I want to pass on to parents of students who attend AWANAS at First Baptist West Side on Wednesday evenings that AWANAS has been canceled for tomorrow, Dec. 13. Please make sure you send a transportation request to school with your child tomorrow if applicable.
Finally, we have several coats and jackets with no owner ID. Please make sure your child's coat is properly labeled.

Congratulations to WSE first grader, Angel B. for taking the Gold and Bronze at the Master Han's Arkansas Tae Kwon Do State Championship competitions for the 6-8 year old age division. The Bronze Medal was for form. Way to go Angel!

With tonight's win in the Greers Ferry Lake Classic at Mount Vernon, the Junior Girls advance to play at 6:30 p.m. Thursday vs. the Rural Special-Shirley winner. The Junior Boys, who received a first-round bye, will play at 5:30 p.m. Thursday vs. the Nemo Vista-Shirley winner.
