Miss Jessie's 4th grade science students have been working on the rock cycle. They learned about igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks and made models of each type of rock with starburst! They also drew and labeled the models in their lab book What a neat idea!

"Showing lambs is a super bittersweet sport. There is so much work put into these animals just to get around 15 minutes in a show ring with a handshake from a judge almost guaranteed. I feel this industry is the most pure representation of how you have to work hard to succeed. Many hours of blood, sweat, and ears are poured into these animals and I love it."
