Nathan Scott from THV 11 recently visited with our 3rd-5th grade students about his job as a meteorologist! He taught us about how he creates a weather forecast and how to stay safe in severe weather.

Ella Carlton, Abigail Gomez, Madison Gomez and Kylie Sasaki competed in the Floriculture contest at the ASU Beebe Cream of the Crop contest. Kylie placed 2nd high individual and the team placed 6th. Way to go girls!

West Side Agriculture Education Program is proud to announce Logan Fife is officially a certified veterinary assistant! He passed the certification test and will be receiving his credentials soon. Vet Assistants are the third member of a successful animal health-care team below the vet technician and the veterinarian.
Logan plans to continue his education by attending college for the next level of certification needed to then become a veterinary technician.
There will be a meeting at 10 am Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the West Side District Boardroom, 7295 Greers Ferry Road, in Greers Ferry for parents of Private School/Home School students who reside in the district. The meeting will be to provide information about proportionate share of Special Education services to eligible Private School/Home School students.
