The Senior Night ballgames and ceremony planned for Tuesday have been rescheduled for tonight, with a change to the order of the games. The Senior Boys will play Abundant Life at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Senior Night Ceremony honoring seniors in fall sports, band, and choir. The Senior Girls game will follow the ceremony. Also tonight, the Junior Girls play Midland at 4:30 p.m. at Shirley in the District Tournament.

High School staff and students should check this morning’s email message for details on changes to schedule and routines. HS students who arrive after 10:10 a.m. today will be considered absent 1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods.

School will be delayed for 2 hours on Wednesday, Feb. 7. Classes will start at 10:00. If a closure is necessary you will be notified later.

Tonight’s Games Called Off Tonight’s senior basketball games against Abundant Life, including the Senior Night ceremony, have been called off. A decision will be made tomorrow whether to reschedule. Additionally, the junior high teams are playing this week in the District Tournament at Shirley. The Junior Girls play tomorrow vs. Midland at 4:30 p.m.; the boys play at 5:30 p.m. THURSDAY vs. the Bradford-Concord winner. Don’t forget that Parent-Teacher Conferences are Thursday, February 15, and students will be out of school the following day. However, Monday, February 19, is a regular school day to make up an inclement weather day. State Champs to be Recognized Basketball games on two nights this week will feature special presentations recognizing state champions. Honored on Tuesday will be the 2010, 2014, and 2015 girls golf teams; on Friday, it will be the 2014 and 2015 boys cross country teams. A short ceremony to honor coaches and team members will be held during halftime of the senior girls games. On Tuesday, February 6, the 2012 and 2013 tennis doubles state champions will be feted. January 30 — 2010, 2014, and 2015 Girls Golf February 2 — 2014, 2015 Boys XC February 6 2012, 2013 Tennis Doubles On all three nights, the junior high games begin at 5 p.m. with Senior Girls and Senior Boys games to follow.

Timbo Games Rescheduled for Monday The home basketball ballgames scheduled for tonight vs. Timbo have been rescheduled for Monday, January 22, with the Junior Boys tipping off at 5 p.m. The Senior Girls and Senior Boys games will follow. Games 7th grade and junior high games originally scheduled for January 22 vs. Guy-Perkins have been canceled.
