Today's baseball and softball games vs. Shirley, previously scheduled at West Side, have been postponed. The baseball team will play a doubleheader tomorrow against Shirley, rather than the game scheduled vs. Bradford.
West Side Anglers Tanner Fife and Kaylynn Finch finished in 3rd place with 8lbs. 6 ounces, and Asa Carr and Dawson Inzer won the Big Bass award with a 6 pounder on Lake Ouachita today.

The West Side High School band performed as an ensemble Saturday at Dover in the Region Band Solo/Ensemble Assessment. The band received a second division or "Excellent" rating. Members of the band (standing, from left) are Emma Smith, Savannah Dennis, Lauren Barnard, Brandon Strickler, Caleb Davis, and Josh Embrey; and (seated) Sarah Tate, Arielle Ramsey, Takoda Crawford, Madison Hooten, and Lexie Ashlock.
