If your student has not had a vaccine since turning 11 or 16, then they are in need of a vaccine for school attendance. Virtual learning students must also have all required vaccines. It is state law for students to have a current immunization record.

The West Side Eagles Tennis Team will host Mountain View today at 3:30 today. Attendance to the event is encouraged; however, all attending must follow the required social distancing guidelines. As required, West Side School District has created a plan for tennis matches at our tennis facility. Here are a few helpful reminders from that plan before coming out to the courts today. Standing & Chair Seating: 1 person per each clearly divided concrete section along the sides of the court spaced at least 6 feet apart at opposite sides of each division unless members of the same household family. Face Coverings: Are required for all persons except for children under the age of 10, should remain in place at all times, and only be removed briefly for consumption of food or beverage. Restrooms/ Sanitation: Maximum of two persons in restrooms at a time to allow for social distancing. Restrooms and frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected as needed during the event. Cones and/or markers will be used as needed to ensure 6ft social distancing while in lines. Concessions: No concessions will be provided. Parking/ Entrance/ Exit: All attendees must park in the softball/ baseball parking area and must enter and exit through the softball/baseball entrance only. The paved parking area in front of the courts will not be used. Cones and/or markers will be used to ensure 6 feet social distancing while in lines. Notice to Public: Signs will be posted at the entrance advising the public according to ADH requirements. Compliance of the directives must be followed by attendees and participants at all times. The district's plan was developed in accordance with the state guidelines linked below.
