Annabelle Stark was the star student for November in Mrs. Whitney's first grade! The character word for the month was citizenship. She received a goody bag and certificate from Officer Donald Crispell for her behavior!
Employee Spotlight: SUSAN STARK
Mrs. Susan has worked at West Side for twenty-three years! As our elementary secretary, she takes care of all of us! She enjoys being with her family, staying home, crocheting, crafts, and planting flowers. Thanks Mrs. Susan for everything you do for our school!

The seventh grade class won the spirit stick for jr high homecoming dress up this year. The sr high winners were the sophomore class with their third consecutive spirit stick! Way to show your school spirit!
The game at Rural Special has been rescheduled for January 14 at 5:30 Senior Girls and Senior Boys.
Homecoming has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 3 at 6:30 in Brady-Hipp Arena. There are no basketball games scheduled that evening, only the homecoming ceremony in order to hopefully accommodate all who wish to attend. There is no cost for admission, but tickets must be reserved prior to arrival as no tickets will be available at the door in order to ensure distancing protocol from ADH is followed. If you would like to reserve tickets, please complete the following form: https://forms.gle/rF1UG66JPZn9eDSW6 All ADH guidance is expected to be followed. Mrs. Holly has been an employee at West Side for fifteen years. She is currently the 7th & 8th Grade social studies and reading teacher. She is also a sponsor for the junior class and is the high school testing coordinator. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and working in her Happy Planner.

Picture Retake Day is set for Thursday, December 3 at West Side School. All students, faculty and staff who did not have their picture taken earlier must show up for retakes. Fall sports photos will also be taken at this time. Sports order forms will be handed out today.
West Side will host Shirley on Dec. 1 at 5:00 for junior boys, senior girls and senior boys basketball games.
