
STAR STUDENT LAYLA GUYNES
Layla was selected as the Star Student in Mrs. Rachel's third grade class for January. Layla was selected for demonstrating what integrity means to others in her class. She received a certificate and water bottled filled with goodies from SRO Crispell.


Basketball Update
The District Tournament has been cancelled. The 1A-2 Conference will take the top 4 seeds from boys and girls to the Regional Tournament at ICC. The Lady Eagles (4 seed) will play Wednesday 2/24 at 10am. The Eagles (1 seed) will play Wednesday 2/24 at 7pm.

West Side School District campus will remain closed the rest of this week. Instruction for Thursday, February 18 and Friday, February 19 will be delivered virtually.

STAR STUDENT EASTON HURD
Mrs. Renee's third grade Star Student for the month of January was Easton Hurd. Officer Donald presented Easton with a certificate and water bottle filled with goodies for showing other what integrity means.


As likely anticipated, there will be no on campus instruction at West Side School District on Wednesday, February 17. All instruction will be delivered virtually.

STAR STUDENT TURNER SALLEY
Congratulations to Turner Salley for being selected as the January Star Student in Mrs. Wanda's fourth grade! Turner received a goodie-filled water bottle and certificate from Officer Donald for demonstrating what integrity means in the classroom.

Chloe was selected as Mrs. Tabatha's Kindergarten Star Student for the month of January. Officer Donald presented Chloe with a certificate and water bottled filled with goodies. Chloe was selected for demonstrating integrity in the classroom.


Friday, February 12 was already scheduled to be a virtual day for students who chose that option. However, Friday, February 12 will now be a virtual day for all students as campus will be closed due to inclement weather.

Here are the brackets for the Senior High District Tournament. Games will be played at the higher seed gym. Times will be adjusted if a school has both teams playing the same day.
