Mrs. Debbie's 6th graders recently did a Black Plague Simulation in correlation with Crispin, the book they are reading in class. The simulation was to show how the Bubonic Plague spread in and around Europe during the Middle Ages.

West Side Elementary Field Day 2021 is underway! What fun for these kids!
On-campus Grade 7-11 students and Grade 7-8 virtual High school students have only semester exams, and those only if they are not exempt. Students taking exams should attend campus Tuesday, Wednesday or both only for the exams they are required to take. The testing schedule:
Tuesday, May 25
8:00 – 9:15: 1st period exam
9:20 – 10:35: 3rd period exam
10:40 – 11:55: 6th period study hall
Lunch: Noon – 12:35
12:40 – 1:55: 5th period exam
2:00 – 3:05: 7th period exam
Wednesday, May 26
8:00 – 9:15: 2nd period exam
9:20 – 10:35: 6th period study hall
10:40 – 11:55: 4th period exam
Lunch: Noon – 12:35
12:40 – 1:55: 6th period study hall
2:00 – 3:05: 8th period exam

When she isn't at West Side, Fonday enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her cows, chickens and garden, and planting flowers.
