Kendra Harness made it her third year year in a row as the state’s top Class 1A golfer, known as the medalist, who shot better than all others in state tournament play.
Emma Johnson was medalist runner-up, Kortnee Finch finished third — her third time in the Top 3 — and all three qualified individually and as a team for the overall state golf championship in October. Lollie Parker will also join the team against the state’s elite women golfers October 14 at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock.
This is also the third year that three Lady Eagles qualified individually for the overall state golf match.
West Side’s team score of 270 was 83 strokes better than state runner-up Viola. Bradford finished third.
