Positive Office Referrals: Abigail Schmidt, Lane England, Logan FIfe, Deeanna Carlton, and Cameron Berry - These students worked feverishly in the concession stand on Thursday night during the Jr. District Tournament finals. We had a much bigger crowd than we expected and they were all hungry! They never hesitated for a second nor did they complain. They did an outstanding job keeping up with the demand! Thank you! West Side School was awarded the "Cool School Award" for Area 16 in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge Challenge! Unfortunately, Mrs. Ricki Stevens had to actually go take that plunge! Thank you to everyone who joined in the fund-raising. Mrs. Treca Hutson Polly Parker and Rachel Smith won the faculty and staff challenge receiving the most donations. They, along with others, will be taking that cold plunge on February 24th at the school.
