School picture retakes will be Monday, December 2. This is the day we return from Thanksgiving Break. Retakes will be from 8-10AM. For grades 7-12, falls sports photos will follow. This includes basketball, XC, golf, tennis, fishing and cheer. Students will need their jerseys.

West Side Elementary recently had a magic show assembly with Scott Davis from First Electric that taught students about safety around electricity. Ask your kids about the 3 magic words: stop, look, think!

The Energy Bus Parent Team put together a chili cook-off for our teachers this week. A big thank you to this awesome group and our sponsors who donated the grand prizes! Mrs. Debbie Smith is the winner with Miss Jessie Wilcox coming in as runner-up! Congratulations, ladies!
Seniors attended a great "Bridge to College" event at ASU Heber Springs. A special thank you to our Career Coach, Mrs. Shelly for coordinating this trip for our students💚🦅
Mrs. Cherie's art club students are creating glue resist fabric batiks. The students had the option to learn to sew and turn them into pillows! They're picking up sewing very quickly!
Miss Jessie's 3rd & 4th grade science students were able to Google Meet with auctioneer, Tyler Bell this week. Mr Bell talked with students about traits of cattle and auctioneering! He even taught the kids a couple of tongue-twisters and the basics of an auctioneer "rattle!"
Mr. Caleb's 5th graders recently presented their slides about countries from North & South America.
