HAC log-in screen

West Side High School mailed Home Access Center account information today to parents and guardians.

Home Access Center, or HAC, allows guardians to view attendance and class schedule and check grades, along with see interim progress reports and report card grades. Guardians can also email teachers. From the Home Access Center website below, be sure to scroll down to West Side (Cleburne County).

Students and guardians have separate accounts; students received their HAC account information today at school. Parents who do not receive their HAC account information in the mail by September 11 should contact the office; an email address is required to enable the account.

Grades in online, distance-learning courses are not available through HAC; students in concurrent college courses and online high school courses use Power Panel, a learning management system, to check grades. Guardians should ask student to log into Power Panel and show them grades in each course.

In addition to web access to grades, guardians have available the eSchoolPlus Family App, which can be downloaded from the iPhone App Store or Android’s Google Play.
