West Side Elementary and High School will dismiss at 2 p.m. tomorrow, September 20, for Parent-Teacher Conference, which will be held from 4 to 8 p.m.
During conferences, which are come-and-go, the High School will have two additional events:
Parents of seniors are invited to attend FAFSA ID night in the Conference Room outside the Counselor’s Office. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, is a free application for financial aid from the federal government required by many scholarship programs and colleges and vocational programs. Career Coach Pam Rousseau will assist parents and students in setting up their FAFSA account ID.
Parents of all students are invited to an educational session to demonstrate how to log into the Home Access Center, known as HAC, to check grades online and through the Family App. Parents may stop by the Family & Consumer Science room between 4:30-5, 5:30-6, and 6:30-7. Copies of HAC credentials will be available to parents who do not have theirs.
Students will not have school on Friday, September 21. School will resume as normal on Monday, September 24.
